As a Quality Manager reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Quality Inspectors and Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence across three shifts. You'll be instrumental in supervising the hiring process, from interviewing to recommending candidates for all quality positions. With your expertise, you will oversee the ISO/TS 16949 certification process, manage supplier relationships through site visits and evaluations, and develop innovative methods to enhance inspection efficiency.
